Stella’s Springs Things: Your Guide to Halloween Events in the Pikes Peak Region 

So many events and so little time! Here’s my round-up of the best Halloween events happening this weekend. If you think I missed something, be sure to submit it here. Have a ghoulishly good time!

The 5th Annual Halloween Bouncing Boo Bash & Trunk or Treat for Charity: Sunday, October 27th, 3-7 pm at SkyZone Colorado Springs 

Cat Country 95.1’s Mason and Stella from Mason in the Morning will be handing out candy at this charity trunk or treat event. Free and open to the public, kids can trunk or treat for candy then go bounce around at SkyZone. Bring donations of winter jackets and canned goods.

Tunnel of Terror at Tommy’s Express Colorado Springs: October 25th-26th, 7-10 pm at Tommy’s Express on Tutt Blvd. 

Colorado Springs, think you can survive the Tunnel of Terror? Our haunted car wash experience returns this October, providing a scary, clean time for you and your friends!

ZooBoo at Pueblo Zoo: Saturday, October 26th 11 am to 3 pm 

Enjoy trick-or-treating at the Pueblo Zoo this year! Trick-or-Treating at Pueblo Zoo this year! There will be trick-or-treating at Sponsor Booths, Costume Parades and Contest, Ghoulicious Candy, Spooky Crafts and Games, plus More!

Boo at the Zoo at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo: October 25th-27th, 4 pm – 8:30 pm 

Don your costume, bring your trick-or-treat bag and get ready for the wildest Halloween event in town! Boo at the Zoo is a unique way for families to trick-or-treat and enjoy Halloween festivities while visiting your favorite Zoo animals. Advanced tickets are required, so be sure to make your reservations early at cmzoo.org/boo

30th Annual Emma Crawford Coffin Races: Saturday, October 26th at noon in Manitou Springs 

Join Us for the 30th Annual Emma Crawford Coffin Races – Saturday, October 26th! In 1995, the Manitou Springs Chamber of Commerce started the first coffin races in the nation, in memory of a beloved resident of Manitou Springs. In the years since, the races have grown into an often-copied-but-never-equaled Manitou Springs tradition.

Miner’s Pumpkin Patch at the Western Museum of Mining: Saturday, October 26th, 9 am – 4pm 

Join us any Saturday in October for our beloved annual pumpkin patch! Embrace the spirit of fall with friends and family as you enjoy games, watch amazing machine demonstrations, savor delicious food, smash some pumpkins, encounter cool animals, and create lasting memories.

Fright Night on the Riverwalk: Saturday, October 26th at 4pm 

On Saturday, October 26th, 2024, the Riverwalk will host its 6th annual Trick-or-Treat Event! We want to welcome everyone to bring their families to the Riverwalk for an evening full of FREE family-friendly fun including a costume contest, boat rides, and a mini pumpkin patch!

Night at the Museum: Saturday, October 26th from 4:30-7:30 pm at the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum  

History comes to life for guests of all ages! Experience an evening of exploration and discovery in the beautiful 1903 El Paso County Courthouse. Interact with historic figures from Colorado Springs’ past, make unique crafts, play carnival games, and enjoy food trucks, performances and activities that celebrate the spirit of the fall season. Costumes are encouraged! Pre-registration required.

Nightmare on Janitell Road Haunted House: Saturday and Sunday, October 26th and 27th at 2809 Janitell Rd.

Come on down and face your deepest fears in person! Once the lights go down, the real ghosts make their grand entrance to liven up the party. Festive fall activities while you wait! Dare to visit a true Haunted Colorado experience.
